About Us

David and I live and work on a beautiful 800 acre farm in Buckinghamshire. Located on the outskirts of the village of Brill, it is quite possibly the windiest place in England, so much so it has its own windmill!

David’s family have farmed dairy, beef and sheep here for 3 generations. Back in 2021, after a chance conversation with a florist, it was suggested we should try our hand at growing eucalyptus. The cogs started to whirr…….I’d always had a passion for gardening and growing my own vegetables so could foliage and indeed flowers add a new dimension to the farm business? 

The more we researched the cut flower industry, the more we became convinced that we could grow stunning scented flowers and foliage that would far exceed the quality and freshness of those which are shipped in from abroad. 

Indeed its a startling fact that 90% of cut flowers are imported into the UK. However there is a growing demand for British cut flowers, locally produced without the need for preservative chemicals and air miles.

So at the start of 2022 we sectioned off a small corner of the farm and started building out the flower beds.

Since then we’ve planted 1750 peonies, 300 rose bushes, 60 limelight hydrangeas and Dahlias galore. We also have a great range of foliage which we intend to expand further over the coming years.
